Get ready for an exciting spring season with Charleston Field Hockey! Our Youth Spring League blends field hockey skill development, conditioning, and gameplay in a fun, supportive environment—while preparing players for Spring Showdowns.

In partnership with Redline Athletics Mount Pleasant, each session will include:
🏑 Field hockey drills focused on core skills and game-play strategies
💪 Age-appropriate speed, agility, and strength training led by Redline coaches
🥅 Scrimmages that reinforce learning and build team chemistry
