Adult League is for anyone 18+ looking to play field hockey in a fun & relaxed environment. Games are played pick-up style that encourage friendly competition. No experience necessary!
Seasons are 8-week sessions held quarterly. During each season games are held once a week at Redline Athletics in Mt. Pleasant. Players have the option of registering for the entire season or individual drop-in games. NEW IN FALL 2025 we are also offering 45 minute strength & conditioning sessions with Redline Coaches after each game.
Shinguards and mouthguards are encouraged but not required to play! We do have extra sticks available to borrow if you need one!
